Vocal Ensemble "Soloists of St Petersburg"

The repertoire of the "Soloists of St Petersburg" consists of traditional Hymns of the Russian Orthodox Church as well as Russian folk songs.
When we sing a concert with interval earch part lasts about 40 minutes,
the concert lasts about an hour without a break (half sacred / half folk music).
We are trying to bring together friends of such historical art and culture
by singing traditional liturgical Russian hymns like Gloria, Alleluia, Sanctus, Lord's prayer etc.
using masterpieces of the famous Russian composers such as P.Tchaikovsky, S.Rahmaninov, D.Bortniansky and others.
In spite of the fact that our audience can not always understand Russian
the people are frequently moved by the beauty of the melodies.
"Soloists of St.Petersburg" is a vocal ensemble a cappella (voice only) from Russia.
All its members are professional singers with several years' experience
who received a higher musical education (conservatoire and Higher musical school in St Petersburg).
In Russia, the singers of the ensemble sing as soloists at Russian Orthodox churches, the Opera or at the Philharmonic.
